The 16th attempt to save and use the Borden Creamery building began in October – with a blast.
The building’s chimney, the only part of the historic building that could not be saved, was demolished Oct. 6.
The slow start to the project, which began taking shape in 2002 and was extended to Feb. 15 because of asbestos cleanup concerns, has some business owners worried.
