Welcome to the launch of the Graduate Student Corner, the newest addition to Central Michigan Life.

The Graduate Student Association is excited by this opportunity to bring to the CMU family a forum where the activities regarding graduate student lives will be featured. As graduate students, this is our avenue to share information about our academic, professional and social lives. This section will contain information on events, activities and feedback from graduate students on a wide range of topics. They will represent the varied interests and backgrounds of the graduate student population, such as the professional, international, military, traditional and non-traditional graduate students. There is no fixed format to this section. It will be a brown bag luncheon, where the content will provide direct and indirect tools on increasing the timely academic success of both the graduate and undergraduate students. Without you, this new section will not succeed. The association is asking that you send us your events, activities and stories about your graduate student life experiences to dicki2km@cmich.edu. Your feedback will serve as a central part of the section, so send in your stories from everywhere you attend CMU classes and let us know your graduate student life. We shall make the “Graduate Student Corner” worthwhile.
