Stomachs were in pain as comedian Alex Thomas took the stage Wednesday night in Warriner Hall’s Plachta Auditorium. An audience of more than 300 found themselves hysterically laughing nonstop for almost two hours.
Thomas has appeared on Comedy Central and The Jamie Foxx Show, loaned his voice to Family Guy and has had numerous roles in films and television shows.
“I decided I wanted to be a comedian after high school, I didn’t grow up as a little boy saying ‘I wanna be a comedian.’ I was voted best sense of humor and class clown in high school and once I found out I could get paid for being a comedian, I was the college dropout and pursued what made me happy,” Thomas said.
