Bob Saget on schedule for April performance
Comedian and sitcom star Bob Saget will perform at Central Michigan University with his R-rated stand-up routine.
The performance is scheduled for April 18 at Rose Arena, according to bobsaget.com and the Program Board’s Web site, but the date may change.
“We’ve been trying to get Bob Saget for a couple years now,” said Crysta Heckman, Program Board comedy chair and Pinconning junior. “This was the first year that we had the amount of money that we needed.”
Saget is best known for his role as father-figure Danny Tanner on the popular late ’80s-early ’90s sitcom “Full House” and his eight-year stint as host of “America’s Funniest Home Videos.”
