		<description>The position that this article takes is phenomenal. It is so great to see that someone finally cares about peoples actual lives, rather than a ticket like an MIP. Many underage drinkers punish their friends who are heavily intoxicated by not taking them to the hospital because they themselves are afraid of getting in-trouble with the law. Minors, like any other human being can DIE if too much alcohol is consumed.  Let&#039;s face it, the legal drink alcohol ing age is 21 for a reason but it still happens.Yes, it is irrepsonsible of one, but just because they are of age doesn&#039;t mean that they can properly handle their. Rather than worrying about minors getting in trouble for underage drinking, lets praise them for saving a friends life. College kids live to visit their friends, but an funeral establishment isn&#039;t exactly the ideal hang out place.</description>
