Pleasant, but just heard about your splash pad. I was considering driving up from St. Johns to take my kids there. I would probably buy lunch for our family, maybe buy gas, check out the town, etc. while we're there. It makes me sad to think I wouldn't be welcome because we didn't pay taxes for the splash pad.
