I think that CMU needs to do more things to bring students closer together and give people a reason to keep coming back each year instead of trying to transfer to a bigger school. Our funding for programs is really hurting us, but if we could find more donors or alumni to help give for more students to enjoy their stay then maybe we will have a higher retention rate.
