She told me that she is glad CMU is taking it and hopes it will support the Station better than U of M Ann Arbor did. CMU is the master of repeater stations. This is all about promoting the University's name, it has nothing to do with serving the community.CMU showed declining enrollment in 2009, when so many other Michigan schools are showing growth. Seems like hard earned public money during a major Michigan recession could be used in more productive ways. With four PBS stations now serving Flint, this is an incredible waste of taxpayer money.
