Central Michigan finishes as No. 23 in AP Poll
Central Michigan finished the 2009 football season as No. 23 in the Associated Press poll.
The ranking, which were released today, is CMU’s highest ever. CMU was first ranked No. 25 in December, after the football team beat Ohio 20-10 for the MAC Championship.
CMU defeated Troy 44-41 in double overtime in the GMAC Bowl Wednesday. It was CMU’s first bowl win since 2006.
