Weekend rollover kills local woman
A car crash claimed the life of a 41-year-old Native American woman at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Frank Cloutier, Public Relations Director for Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe, said the fatality happened after a single car rolled several times. The accident is still under investigation.
“I don’t know who the victim is yet,” he said. “They’re sill notifying family members.”
The accident occurred at Baseline and Crawford roads.
