Oct. 21

10:32 a.m. -- A 17-year-old Mount Pleasant man was arrested for possession of marijuana at 1155 S. Elizabeth St.

12:01 p.m. -- Officers investigated multiple complaints of protestors soliciting money at 100 E. Pickard St. Demonstrating to impeach President Obama, subjects were on private property without and permission of the owner, and had been asked to leave.

9:54 p.m. -- A 24-year-old Potterville man was arrested for driving while intoxicated, and for leaving the scene of an accident at 1225 S. Mission St.

 Oct. 22

2:40 a.m. -- A 28-year-old Mount Pleasant woman was cited for driving under the influence of drugs at 699 E. Michigan St.

2:45 a.m. -- A 29-year old Mount Pleasant woman was arrested for transporting an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, a violation of tribal code, at 699 E. Michigan St.

5:39 p.m. -- Officers investigate malicious destruction of property of a car while it was parked in a business, at 1639 E. Broomfield St.

 Oct. 23

12:35 a.m. -- A 21-year-old Auburn Hills man was arrested for disorderly conduct at 2000 S. Mission St.

 Oct. 25

1:37 a.m. -- Officer investigated malicious destruction of property to motor vehicles at 612 S. Main St.

11:13 a.m. -- Damages to property were reported at 1014 S. Franklin St.

1:13 p.m. -- Officers investigated damages to two vehicles, which had tires slashed at 802 S. Main St. The estimated repair value was $150 per vehicle.


Oct. 26

2:15 a.m. -- A 22-year-old Saginaw woman was cited for her first charge of driving while intoxicated at 914 E. Pickard St.

3:42 a.m. -- Damages to property were reported at 524 W. Grand Ave.

4:25 a.m. -- An 18-year-old Kentwood man was charged with his first minor in possession of alcohol violation, at 999 S. Fancher St.

 Oct. 27

3:17 a.m. -- A 20-year-old Holland man was cited as a minor in possession of alcohol at 1907 S. Mission St.
