CMU football's Flory due back in court next week

Andrew Flory, the Central Michigan University wide receiver who was arrested after attempting to steal more than $500 worth of DVDs and snacks from WalMart last month, has a trial conference in Isabella County Trial Court scheduled for July 16.

Flory, a junior, has been suspended indefinitely from the CMU football team following the June 7 incident involving him and teammate Ryan Oruche.  Flory finished second among CMU receivers last season with 32 catches for 384 yards and two touchdowns.

He is regarded arguably CMU’s second-best wide receiver behind senior Titus Davis.
