Board of Trustees to set tuition rate for upcoming school year
The Board of Trustees will meet Thursday and Friday to discuss action items such as the remodeling the Student Activity Center pool and setting tuition for the 2016-17 school year.
Friday's meeting is open to the public.
The board will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 29 in the President's Conference Room in the Bovee University Center.
Items on the board's agenda include assessing the potential expansion of online class offerings, allocating $465,000 to repair the SAC pool and approving a list of nearly 3,500 students who are scheduled to graduate.
Committee meetings on Thursday in the President's Conference Room are also open to the public.
The Policy and Bylaws Committee will meet from 1:45 to 2:15 p.m., Academic and Student Affairs committee will meet from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. and the Finances and Facilities committee is scheduled to meet from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m.
The Trustees-Faculty Liaison committee is scheduled to meet from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Lake Michigan Room.
Committee meetings are scheduled to conclude with the Trustees-Student Liaison committee at 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
