Trap Door Improv returns with 'Back 2 Skool' event Sept. 30
Trap Door Improv, an improvisational comedy group sponsored by University Theatre, will host its first shows of the semester starting at 6 p.m., Sept. 30 in room 102 of Moore Hall, also known as the Platform Theatre.
The group will host three separate shows Saturday night, at 6 p.m., 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Each show will last an hour, and will contain both long and short-form comedy and audience participation. Attendance will be free for all shows.
Improvisational comedy requires performers to make up the content of the show on the spot, with every show being unique. This year's Trap Door group is made up of 10 members, three of which are completely new to the troupe.
Trap Door Improv hosts shows monthly.
