Funeral services for Campbell Hall shooting victims to take place March 9-10

Memorial services for Diva Davis and James Eric Davis, Sr., the victims of a fatal shooting in Campbell Hall March 2, will take place March 9-10.
Services will begin with a public viewing 4 p.m. March 9 at Johnson Funeral Home located at 5838 W. Division St., in Chicago.
A wake will take place 10-11 a.m. March 10 at Broadview Missionary Baptist Church located at 2100 S. 25th Avenue in Broadview, Illinois. Homegoing Services will follow at 11 a.m.
Private internment will occur at a later date.
Flowers are to be sent directly to Johnson's Funeral Home to arrive by March 9. Cards are to be sent to the Davis residence located at 2016 Heatherstone Court, Plainfeld, Illinois.
James Eric Davis, Jr., one of the victims' three children, was charged with their murder on March 6, along with a charge of weapons-felony firearm (possession of a weapon to commit a murder). The gun used in the shooting was registered to James Davis, Sr.
Davis, Jr. was taken into police custody March 3 following a 15-hour manhunt. Davis, Jr. is currently being held in McLaren Central Michigan hospital for medical treatment.
