Weather forces time change for softball's weekend series in Ohio
This weekend’s Central Michigan softball games have been rescheduled due to rainy weather in Athens, Ohio.
The doubleheader on March 23 between the Chippewas and Ohio Bobcats will begin at 2 p.m. and game two will start around 4 p.m. The finale will start around 11 a.m. March 24.
CMU sits at 9-12 entering their first set of games in the Mid-American Conference. The Chippewas are looking to bounce back after a 5-0 loss to No. 17 Michigan.
Ohio sits at 11-12 with recent wins over James Madison and Stony Brook. The Bobcats' matchup with Dayton on Wednesday was postponed.
