Mount Pleasant MEAP scores make mighty leap over state average

0Mount Pleasant elementary and middle school students in all grades scored higher than state averages in mathematics and science, Michigan Educational Assessment Program scores showed.

The 2002 MEAP scores showed that fourth-graders exceeded the state average in meeting or exceeding the state standard in mathematics by more than 4.5 percent.
