First and foremost, the look and feel of the site was completely overhauled to make pages
easier to navigate and read. Support for disabled users has greatly improved, and you
don’t need any print-friendly pages. Every page on this site is formatted for the
printer automatically. Just hit the “Print” button in your browser’s
toolbar, or click “File”, then “Print.”

Features

Text is difficult to read on a computer screen. It can be nearly impossible to read for
far-sighted people, and the text on this site is resizable. But this layout will resize in
proportion to the increase or decrease in text size that the user specifies. Try it yourself.

Internet Explorer users: Click the View menu, select
Text Size, then select Largest.

Virtually everyone else: Click the View menu, select
Text Zoom, and then select a larger size.

The whole web page gets wider, as if the page was magnified. This prevents text from
getting too large and having too few words per line for optimum reading, which is about
10 to 12 words per line on a computer screen.

The Front Page was overhauled to include a
DHTML
menu to hide most of the front page features to keep things nice and tidy. Go to the Front
Page and run your mouse cursor over the main menu.

As mentioned above, there is no need for print-friendly pages. To see
how this article would look if you just printed this page, click the File
menu and select Print Preview.

Why does this page look so white and boring?

If this is the case, you are using a Web browser version 4.x or older. The style sheets
used to visually format this site are too advanced for older browsers, so the design was
hidden. But none of the content is. A list of browsers compatible with the design is below:

• Mozilla 1.0 and newer
