Purple leaves swirling around the blue Pokéstops indicate someone set down a lure. Lures are a way to get a group of players together, or to indicate that the location is a popular stop. On Monday morning at 1 a.m, several lures were set around Central Michigan University's campus. One, set in Fabiano Botanical Garden, had music playing as more than 20 people played Pokémon GO.
