Dan LeFevour has inked his name into the CMU football record book on several occasions during his first two seasons.

5. First Game vs. Boston College
A unknown redshirt freshman LeFevour nearly led the Chippewas to a win against Boston College in the team's first season-opener. LeFevour entered the game on the third play, scored two rushing touchdowns and threw for one more with 293 yards of total offense. The eventual MAC Freshman of the Year scored the game's final 14 points with two short runs.
6. Nov. 4, 2006 vs. Temple
LeFevour threw for 268 yards and four touchdowns and ran for 49 yards and a touchdown. His four passing touchdowns all came in a row. Three of them came in the first quarter to give Central a 28-0 lead, en route to a 42-26 win.
7. Sept. 30, 2006 vs. Kentucky
LeFevour threw for 360 yards and four touchdowns, while also running for 47 yards. His longest touchdown pass was a 61-yarder to Linson. Despite the efforts by the redshirt freshman, the Chippewas lost 45-36 to fall to 0-5 against Kentucky all-time and 0-6 against the Southeastern Conference.
8. Oct. 27, 2007 vs. Kent State
LeFevour threw for 359 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 75 in a 41-32 victory over Kent State. All three of LeFevour's touchdowns were 20 yards or more. The Chippewas' (5-4, 4-0) win was the first in the 2007 season decided by fewer than 20 points and their eighth consecutive win against an East Division opponent.
9. Sept. 8, 2007 vs. Toledo
LeFevour ran for 51 yards and two touchdowns and passed for 244 and two touchdowns to lead the Chippewas (1-1) over the Rockets 52-31. The win gave Butch Jones his first win as CMU's head coach.
The win came in the MAC and home opener in front of 22,031 fans.
10. Oct. 7, 2006 vs. Toledo
In LeFevour's first win against the Rockets, he threw for 295 yards and three touchdowns in a 42-20 victory.
LeFevour's two touchdown passes in the second quarter tied the game before a Dan Bazuin fumble recovery for a touchdown. The win CMU's first at the Glass Bowl since 1993.
