Girlfriend should be responsible

I am appalled at the article in Central Michigan Life about the beating at the Wayside Bar on New Year's Eve.
What kind of a person would write in detail the testimony of the girlfriend in gruesome detail? Who in their right minds could take pen and pencil and write the beating in detail to the public?
Are they insane?
The girlfriend saw and did nothing about it. She should be responsible as much as Hunter, the attacker. She had the getaway vehicle, as well as the instrument to scrape his face - ice scraper. Why isn't she in jail? Why isn't she on trial as the others are? What's wrong with us as "Christian" people who see our brother being beaten and do nothing? We become the attacker's apprentice. She partook in being the lookout, as well as the getaway vehicle.
We as citizens of Mount Pleasant need to speak up and put away all the bad people who take away innocent people's lives.
