TEACHING AWARDS
Faculty members receive awards for teaching, service
Several faculty members have received awards for their dedication to teaching and service from the university. Educational Leadership Assistant Professor Pamela Eddy, Counseling and special education Professor Joan Hornak, Music Professor John Nichol, Biology Associate Professor Andrew Scott McNaught and Music Associate Professor Daniel Steele all were awarded the Excellence in Teaching Award. Philosophy and religion professor Roger Hatch and Foreign Languages chairman Jim Jones received Faculty Distinguished Service Awards.

Charity Bowling
Cancer benefit
at Chippewa Lanes
Isabella County Community Cancer Services is holding the annual "Bowl Over Cancer" tournament Sunday at Chippewa Lanes, 1200 S. Mission St. Registration begins at 12 p.m. and is $35 for each two-person team, with bowling to begin shortly after. Door prizes and pizza will be included. All proceeds will benefit Isabella County cancer patients. Call Chippewa Lanes at 773-9531 for more information.
