Pridgeon, Sjoquist named to SGA top spots
Online system glitch haults student votes Friday, only 1,722 total

"I think given the margin of victory that it wouldn't have changed the results because it hurt both tickets equally," he said.
Pridgeon said he hopes Verburg and Dooley continue their participation with SGA.
"Regardless of what they do on campus they will make some impact," he said.
Verburg agreed that considering the gap between votes, the glitch probably did not effect the results.
Zeig said Pridgeon and Sjoquist know what they are doing and are excited to bring new ideas to the group.
"I hope that Verburg and Dooley stay involved because they are an asset to the group and I would hate to lose two good members," he said.
Verburg said he still plans on being a student leader on campus, and will continue to try to make changes where they need to be made.
Muskegon senior Sean Nolan ran uncontested and was elected treasurer with 1,414 votes.
Ten senators were elected, and the constitutional amendment to update the SGA impeachment process passed with 340 votes.
The elected senators are Edmore senior Philip Browne Jr., Flat Rock sophomore Andrew Hickman, Livonia sophomore Keith Spankowski, Garden City freshman Brittany Mouzourakis, Clay freshman Terrence Foster, Muskegon sophomore David Breed, Coopersville sophomore Douglas Booth, Saginaw freshman Amanda Oberski, Illinois sophomore Allison White and Dearborn sophomore Noble Elway Pegg.
