Should we really be worried about scientifically engineered drugs?

Tuition increase brings in $3 million more a year If you take just the new freshmen and transfer students (and not the substantial number of students, at least several hundred, who can't or don't graduate in five years) there are 5,000 new students being charged the increase - not, as University President Michael Rao is quoted as saying, a small amount of students but in fact more than one in four on-campus students.

Skyrocketing
With a higher price comes greater responsibility
In 2004, Central Michigan University possessed the third-lowest tuition in the state and was known for its quality and bargain. Then came 2005, the first year of the CMU Promise. CMU trustees raised tuition 38.6 percent for incoming freshmen but promised the same rate for five years.
The whole picture
The Central Michigan University Board of Trustees approved the possibility of upper and lower level tuition rates on Thursday for the 2010-11 academic year. Students who are enrolled in courses with less than 55 credit hours will pay less than students enrolled with 56 or more credit hours.
