Crime Log: Nov 21-23
The following incidents were reported by the Mount Pleasant Police Department between midnight on Friday, November 21st, and 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, November 23rd.
November 21
2:45 a.m. – Officers investigated an assault at the intersection of Mission and Preston streets.
10:30 a.m. – Officers lodged a 32-year-old Blanchard male on a probation violation.
10:34 p.m. – Officers investigated an attempted suicide at the 3700 Block of S. Isabella St. A 21-year-old Mount Pleasant male was taken to McLaren Central Michigan for a psychological evaluation.
2:34 p.m. – A 49-year-old Saginaw male made a payment at court on a Failure to Appear warrant for Fourth Degree Fleeing.
3:48 p.m. – Officers investigated a report of damage to a building at 800 Pleasant St. Repair costs were estimated at $100
8:39 p.m. – Officers transported a 29-year-old Mount Pleasant male from St. Louis and lodged him on a bench warrant for Failure to Appear.
November 22
2:33 a.m. – Officers cited an 18-year-old Kalamazoo male an 18-year-old West Bloomfield man for MIP.
3:26 a.m. – Officers investigated a report of damage to a vehicle at the 800 Block of S. Main Street. Estimated cost to repair the damage is $500.00
8:20 p.m. – Officers investigated property damage at Main St. A 21-year-old female from Macomb was cited for Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle and MIP. A 21-year-old female from East Lansing was cited for MIP, and a 21-year-old female from Shelby Township was cited for Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle.
9:21 a.m. – Officers received a report of an Accident on Private Property at the 1900 Block of South Mission Street.
12:53 p.m. – Officers lodged a 21-year-old Macomb male for disorderly conduct.
1:15 p.m. – Officers arrested a 21-year-old Wyandotte male for disorderly conduct after throwing a beer bottle into a crowd of people in Lot 63.
5:54 p.m. – Officers arrested a 19-year-old Mount Pleasant female for Driving While License Suspended and cited her for an improper turn.
9:04 p.m. – Officers lodged a 21-year-old Hazel Park male for disorderly conduct and MIP.
11:34 p.m. – A 21-year-old Novi male was cited for open intoxicants.
