Mount Pleasant man arrested on four counts Criminal Sexual Conduct
Ian Patrick Gray, a 42-year-old Mount Pleasant resident, was arrested on four counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct Monday, according to a news release from the Isabella County Sheriff's Department.
Gray was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct-First Degree, one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct-Second Degree, one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct-Third Degree and one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct-Fourth Degree.
He was arraigned Monday afternoon and his bond is $400,000 cash/surety/10 percent, according to the release sent by Sheriff Leo Mioduszewski.
"Criminal Sexual Conduct (First Degree) is a felony punishable by imprisonment for life or any term of years, but not less than 25 years. Criminal Sexual Conduct (Second Degree) is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 15 years. Criminal Sexual Conduct (Third Degree) is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 15 years. Criminal Sexual Conduct (Fourth Degree) is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than two years or a fine of not more than $500 or both," the release stated.
