Central Michigan football bowl projections after Week 10

Coming into Wednesday’s game against Eastern Michigan, the Central Michigan football team needs one win to become bowl eligible. 

In order to qualify for a bowl game, a team has to earn six wins. CMU is 5-4 on the season and 3-2 in the Mid-American Conference. 

Head coach John Bonamego has earned two bowl game bids in two seasons for the Chippewas. In 2015, CMU fell to Minnesota in the Quick Lane Bowl, 21-14. Last season, he took the team to the Miami Beach Bowl, which the Chippewas lost to Tulsa, 55-10.
