“Utilities are huge- all utilities are included here, which isn’t necessarily something you can find at every complex,” Property Manager Wendy Hoover said.
There’s also a real community feel with basketball and volleyball courts, a game room and an indoor heated pool. And for the days when you just don’t feel up to walking to class, there is an on-site complimentary shuttle service.
The Reserve apartments

“I’m a firm believer we offer the best customer service and community feel,” Leasing Manager Logan Kelly said. “We have all those cool resident events, but we don’t do those just to market them or to advertise anything, it’s just so we can provide an atmosphere for residents to get to know each other and us in a comfortable, safe space.”

Tallgrass apartments
Tallgrass Apartments are perfect for students who are looking for a relaxing, homelike environment to live in that’s still affordable.
You can have your choice several different floorplans of 2-bedroom or 4-bedroom townhouses, which can accommodate 1 to 4 people.
"We are locally owned and managed, so we have a lot of flexibility with residents. Marketing Manager Kayla Rosman said. “We try to accommodate everyone to meet their needs."

Campus Habitat apartments
Let’s face it, who wants to pay for a commuter pass? Save some money when you sign at Campus Habitat which is only a five-minute walk away from Campus! With its great location, you’d also be able to walk to Kelly Shorts Stadium, The Cabin and Bell’s Pizza.
“Campus Habitat is the best choice for students due to our proximity to campus,” Assistant Property Manager Evan Curtice said. “Not only is it more convenient to walk to class, but we also include all the utilities in our rent! Couple that with some of the lowest rates in Mount Pleasant and that makes us one of the most budget friendly complexes as well.”
