The Central Michigan University Board of Trustees will meet for its formal session on June 30 to discuss several issues.
The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. in the Bovee University Center Lake Superior Room and via live stream. According to an email from University Communications, the agenda will include changes to Global Campus, the 2022-23 operating budget and tuition rates.
Topics from Wednesday's committee meetings—which will be reviewed at the formal session—are listed below:
- Academic and Student Affairs Committee: Updates on student programs including orientation, IMPACT, Leadership Safari, Main Stage and Homecoming
- Finance and Facilities Committee: Operating budget, tuition rates, financial aid and investments
- Policy and Bylaws Committee: Traffic control and ordinances
The Trustees-Faculty Liaison Committee and the Trustees-Student Liaison Committee did not meet this month. Neither committee is on Thursday's agenda.
The meeting will be open to the university and public, and seating in the conference room will be limited to 25 people. A recording of the meeting will be available until 9 p.m. after the session.
Requests to make a public comment to the board can be submitted online or at the Office of the President in Warriner Hall before the meeting.
