Arepas and Mexican Chocolate Making
The Spanish Club and Empowered Latino Union partnered to put on an Arepas and Mexican Chocolate Making Workshop in Wightman Hall on Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026. Students learned how to mix the dough for arepas and cook them on a griddle. Students also had the option to add cheese on top or mix it into the dough. Everyone also got to enjoy fresh Mexican chocolate as they cooked.
