Celebrating Arabic Calligraphy
The Central Michigan University Multicultural Academic Student Services Office hosted a Celebrating Arabic Calligraphy night as part of Arab American Heritage Month events in the Bovee University Center, Monday, April 28, 2025. Students sat through a presentation on the history of the Arabic language, common terms and slang and who speaks the language. Students then got to make a bracelet with their name spelled out in Arabic and Central Michigan University freshman Hisham Danoun wrote students' names in Arabic.
