Men's Basketball vs. Saginaw Valley State University
The Central Michigan University men's basketball team defeated Saginaw Valley State University 77-56 during the exhibition game at McGuirk Arena on Friday, Oct. 24, 2025. Sophomore guard Jaxson Whitaker and senior guard Nathan Claerbaut led the team with Whitaker scoring 16 points and Claerbaut with 14. The team will host the Appalachian State Mountaineers at McGuirk Arena on Monday, Nov. 3, 2025, for the opening game of the season.
