Soccer loses rain soaked contest against Akron
Central Michigan University’s women’s soccer team lost 1-0 against the Akron Zips at the Soccer/Lacrosse Complex on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026. Rainy and cool conditions led to a slow back-and-forth game. In the 59th minute, Akron senior forward Jordanne Oberhaus scored the sole goal of the game. CMU returns home this Sunday, Oct. 18, to face off against Western Michigan.
