Warriner Hall closed for remainder of the week
Warriner Hall will be closed for the remainder of the week as contractors are still clearing a portion of the building.
The university is working with Fibertec, a Holt environmental consulting firm, which did more testing yesterday.
The university's Office of Risk Management and Environmental Health and Safety was informed Friday about the elevated asbestos levels. The 169 employees who work there were told to vacate the building due to health concerns.
The estimated cost of the testing and removal of the asbestos is still unknown to university officials.
