The Central Michigan University Police Department has identified two students suspected of stealing from several vehicles in Parking Lot 1 in north campus.

The suspects, two men ages 19 and 20, stole a CD and a phone case about 9:15 p.m Sept. 8. The items stolen had a total estimated value of $26. On Sept. 9, the Central Michigan University Police Department released photos taken of the men seen entering several cars in the parking lot.

Police have since interviewed the suspects, who admitted to entering the vehicles.

Lt. Cameron Wassman of CMUPD said because the incident is still under investigation, the names of the people cannot be released. Police intend to forward the matter to the Isabella County Prosecutor's Office.
