Central Michigan women's basketball's Reyna Frost has secured Mid-American Conference West Division Player of the Week, again.

And at this point, is making it hard to bet against her as the MAC Player of the Year.

The senior forward from Reese has finished the regular season with seven straight nominations and has earned her 11th weekly award of the season.

Frost led the Chippewas in victories over Western Michigan and Toledo in McGuirk Arena. Those victories secured the third straight MAC regular season championship and the top seed in the MAC Tournament in Cleveland, Ohio.

In the 88-57 victory over the Broncos, Frost poured in 20 points and grabbed 17 rebounds. Against the Rockets, she led the way with 32 points and 11 rebounds in a 78-45 victory on Senior Day.

Frost ended the season with 27 double-doubles with the last 13 coming in succession.

In the East Division, Cece Hooks of Ohio took the final honor of the season. The sophomore guard's performances against Miami (OH) and Bowling Green were quintessential to victory.

Hooks averaged 20.5 points per game and had 22 points over Bowling Green. She also averaged 4.5 rebounds for the week.

CMU finished the regular season at 24-6 overall and 15-3 in MAC play. The No. 1-seeded Chippewas will play in the MAC Tournament quarterfinal game against the winner of No. 9 Eastern Michigan and No. 8 Akron at Quicken Loans Arena.
