Punxsutawney Phil, the world's most famous weather-predicting groundhog, will pop out of the ground Saturday to predict if spring will come early or another six weeks of winter are in store. Groundhog day started in Punxsutawney, Pa., in 1841. The groundhog's annual prediction has been accurate about 30 percent of the time.
