Upcoming disc golf competition for experts, beginners
On March 30, both competitive disc golfers and beginners are welcome to participate in the Vibram Birdie Bash at Deerfield Nature Park, located at 2425 W. Remus Road, for an organized disc golf competition.
Check-in time is at 10 a.m. with the first round of disc golf slated to begin at 11 a.m. Admission is $30 per person, which includes two Vibram golf discs, one shirt, a coaster, a sticker and a towel.
Prizes, such as special golf discs, a backpack and disc golf DVDs, are available for participants to win.
