Board of Trustees to discuss updated budget

Administrators and trustees discuss university business during the Dec. 4, 2019 Board of Trustees meeting.

Central Michigan University's Board of Trustees will meet virtually on Sept. 23 and 24 to discuss the updated budget for the 2020-21 school year.

During the formal session, President Bob Davies will be presenting his 2019-20 year-end report.

Committees will be meeting from 1 to 6 p.m. on Sept. 23 to discuss COVID-19, declining enrollment and choosing a new campus dining contract. The committee meeting schedule is:

  • Enterprise Risk, 1-1:50 p.m.
  • Academic and Student Affairs, 2-3 p.m.
  • Finance and Facilities, 3:05-4:05 p.m.
  • Trustees-Faculty Liaison, 4:10-5 p.m.
  • Trustees-Student Liaison, 5:10-6 p.m.

The formal session will be at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 24. An agenda item for the session is a presentation to the board on the updated CMU brand.

The committee meetings and formal session will be available for the campus community and general public to watch virtually.
