The 23rd annual Threads Fashion Show will be a virtual production held at 7p.m. April 24 via Zoom.

The format of the 2021 show will be slightly different due to COVID-19. It will be a combination of live stream and pre-recorded video broadcast over Zoom.

The theme, “Lucid Dreams,” will consist of three dream sequences: tranquility, nightmare and fantasy.

“I really love seeing what all [the] hard work has led to,” said Zeeland junior Natalie Rowland, Threads fundraising chair. “As well as supporting the designers and the other students here on campus and showing what we're capable of.”

When buying tickets for Threads, attendees have a choice between general admission for $10, student VIP for $14 and VIP for $30.

“It's a great opportunity for [attendees] to support their fellow students,” said Livonia junior Kate Castillenti, Threads public relations and graphics director. “It's all towards CMU’s programs and the fashion program. And to see students work, created by them, by hand is honestly so amazing.”
