Hispanic Heritage Month kicks off this week, over a dozen events scheduled

Hispanic Heritage Month will make its full return this year to celebrate the culture, leadership, and resilience of Hispanic communities around the globe. 

The Office of Multicultural Academic Student Services has worked to schedule over a dozen events in collaboration with various registered student organizations. Festivities at Central Michigan University will take place from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15. 

Events will kick off tomorrow with a Food Tasting organized by the Empowered Latino Union. The tasting will go from 5-7 p.m. at Wesley Church.
