A seventh Central Michigan men’s basketball player has entered the transfer portal, and this one might be the biggest yet.

Star point guard Anthony Pritchard has entered his name into the transfer portal after one season at CMU.

After transferring to CMU from Tulsa, the junior led the Chippewas in points per game (12.8), assists (4.6) and steals (1.6), helping CMU to its first winning season since 2018-19.

His terrific season paved the way that placed him on the All-MAC first team, All-MAC defensive first team and Co-MAC Defensive Player of the Year honors.

The Chippewas will now have to replace all six of their top minutes players on the season and four of their five starters.
