Chippewas wrangle up Cowboys, win 24-10
The Central Michigan University football team defeated the University of Wyoming 24-10 at Kelly/Shorts Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026. Overall, CMU impressed on offense and defense, rushing for 339 yards and forcing two turnovers. Central Michigan University senior quarterback Angel Flores rushed for 163 of those yards, while senior defensive back Justin Taylor picked off Wyoming, his former team, in the 4th quarter. CMU heads south to face No. 5-ranked Miami at Hard Rock Stadium at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026.
