Men's D1 Hockey vs. Ferris State
The Central Michigan University D1 men's hockey team defeated Ferris State University D3 men's team 5-2 at Martin Ice Arena on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026. Sophomore defenseman Cam Wille scored the first goal for the Chippewas with one minute left in the first period. Senior forward captain Frankie Williamson scored two goals, freshman forward Andre VanElls and sophomore defenseman Carter Schluckbier each contributed one to the win. The men will host The University of Cincinnati for a two-game series at Martin Ice Arena on Friday, Feb. 13, and Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026.
