“I’m so happy for our players. They deserve this,” said Jeremy Groves, Central Michigan’s Women’s soccer head coach, after defeating the Eastern Michigan Eagles 2-0 at home in the final game of the season.
The Central Michigan soccer team conceded three goals before answering back with one in the last ten minutes of the game.
Central Michigan Women’s Soccer drew with Kent State 1-1 at home on Thursday at the CMU Soccer Complex. With 150 people in attendance, many of the children were wearing pink for the breast cancer awareness event.
