BRIEF: Football Announces Spring Schedule


Central Michigan football announced its spring practices schedule Tuesday.

Wednesday March 19 will mark the first of 15 spring practices, leading up to the spring football game on Saturday, April 19.

For the fifth-straight year, the football program will host a free youth clinic before the spring game, giving kids a chance to improve their skills alongside CMU athletes.

CMU is also putting on a Easter Egg hunt between the clinic and game in the IAC with lunch being provided for parents and kids.

The Chippewas will begin the regular season Aug. 28, hosting Chattanooga at Kelly/Shorts Stadium.
