Uncle Kracker to perform free concert, one of four in concert series
Uncle Kracker will kick off the Tailgate Village Maroon and Gold Concert Series with a free concert at 4 p.m. on Sept. 1.
The event, located at Fabiano Brothers Tailgate Village, occurs three hours before the Central Michigan football game against Presbyterian.
The singer's hit songs include "Follow Me" and "Drift Away," both of which peaked at no. 1 in the early-2000s.
The singer's performance is one of four in the McGuirk Sand-Gravel Maroon and Gold Concert Series lineup. Other bands include Jedi Mind Trip on Sept. 17, Cadillac West on Oct. 1 and Paddlebots on Oct. 8.
