A second sexual assault case was filed Friday in Isabella County District Court against Ian Elliott, a former Central Michigan University student and Student Government Association president.

He is charged with criminal sexual conduct of the third degree (oral penetration). Attorney General Dana Nessel's office found "sufficient evidence," according to a press release from the office. Elliott is expected to be arraigned on Monday, March 4.

Elliott is already facing trial on two counts of criminal sexual conduct of the third degree and one count of assault with intent to commit penetration. The victim who filed the second case testified as a witness in the preliminary exam of Elliott's first case on Feb. 13, when his case was sent to trial. A trial date has not been set.

The former Student Government Association president is accused of sexually assaulting CMU graduate student Rachel Wilson on Aug. 31, 2016 after meeting her at The Cabin.
