State police arrest Weidman man following CSC allegations, investigation
Michigan State Police arrested a 68-year-old Weidman man following a year-long investigation involving child pornography allegations and criminal sexual conduct with children.
Donald Koontz is being federally indicted for sexual exploitation of children and possession of child pornography, according to a press release from the Mount Pleasant post.
Koontz was arraigned in federal court in Bay City on March 29.
