Heavy rain has canceled the Central Michigan softball team's doubleheader against Oakland at Margo Jonker Stadium April 16.
No makeup date has been scheduled between the Chippewas and Golden Grizzlies.
CMU is scheduled to host Northern Illinois for a three-game Mid-American Conference series. The first game is slated for 3 p.m. on April 19, while a doubleheader on Saturday that wraps up the series will begin at 1 p.m. on April 20 in Margo Jonker Stadium.
